Split System: This is the most common type of HVAC system, consisting of an outdoor unit (condenser/compressor) and an indoor unit (evaporator/furnace or air handler). Packaged System: In this type, all the components (including compressor, condenser, evaporator, and air handler) are contained in a single unit, usually installed outside the building. Ductless Mini-Split System: This system does not require ductwork and consists of an outdoor unit connected to one or more indoor units. Each indoor unit is responsible for conditioning the air in a specific zone or room. Heat Pump: A heat pump is a versatile system that can provide both heating and cooling. It transfers heat from one location to another, depending on the desired temperature.

  • How much is the service fee?
    It depends on the customer's location. BUT... IT'LL BE WAIVED if customers decide to repair their appliance. - From $70 (central knoxville) - Up to $99 ( more than 30 miles from downtown)
  • How long does it take to get my appliance repaired?
    It usually doesn't take more than a couple of days, even less, if the technician has the part needed it could be the same day.
  • How long is the warranty?
    It dependes on many factors but most of the jobs warranty is beteewn 6 months and 1 year. The technician will tell you all the details about it once he checks your appliance.
